Yes, but test it first. A Transferable licence needs DVS 4.3 or later. DVS 4.3 and later runs on both Apple silicon and Intel Macs, but it isn't optimised for Intel, so performance depends on your Mac.
Before you buy a Transferable licence or upgrade to one, install the latest DVS on your Intel Mac and check it works well for your setup.
