Dante Virtual Soundcard exhibits higher latency than Dante-enabled hardware devices, which may result in timing issues with synchronized multicast flows that are being received by both hardware and software devices.To avoid this problem, use unicast for channels that are being received by both Dante-enabled hardware and Dante Virtual Soundcard simultaneously.
It is also not possible for DVS to receive more than 8 channels within a single flow. To workaround, when creating a multicast flow that DVS will receive, select 8 channels then create the flow, then again for more required channels.
