What’s the issue?
In DDM 1.7, RTS ODIN and QSC Core devices that use failover to redundant devices aren’t fully supported. A problem with peer group IDs in DDM 1.7 causes these devices to go offline. This affects DDM 1.7 only.
Is it fixed?
Yes. It’s fixed in DDM 1.8 and later.
What should I do?
- On DDM 1.7: upgrade to the latest DDM release. You can download the latest DDM .iso file from Software Downloads
- On DDM 1.5 or earlier: upgrade straight to the latest DDM release, skipping 1.7.
