When devices are enrolled in Dante Director, they are only able to be managed by authorized users. This is one of the security benefits of Dante Director.
Managing devices in Dante Director also allows you to access them in Dante Controller from anywhere.
You need to make sure that Dante Controller is logged into Dante Director. The easiest way to do this is to log into Dante Director, choose a Site then click ‘Open Dante Controller’ in the top right.
You can switch your view in Dante Controller to other Sites using the 'Domain' selector in the top bar ('Domains' in Dante Domain Manager are similar to 'Sites' in Dante Director).
Note: Dante Director requires Dante Controller version 4.12 or later.
