The Dante AVIO Limited Warranty, provided by Audinate, covers defects in materials and workmanship when products are used under normal conditions and in line with official guidance. The standard warranty period is two years. If a valid fault arises during this time, customers are entitled to a remedy in line with the warranty terms.
To make a claim, customers should contact their reseller directly to arrange an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation). The warranty process is handled through the reseller channel rather than directly with the manufacturer. Under this policy, there is no repair option offered—defective units are addressed through replacement (or an equivalent resolution) rather than being fixed.
The warranty excludes issues caused by misuse, incorrect installation, unauthorised modification, or external damage. It is the only express warranty provided, with liability limited to replacement, and it does not override any statutory consumer rights that may apply under local law.
