Audinate does not provide network design, setup, or configuration services. While we can offer general guidance and best practices for running Dante systems, customers are responsible for implementing and managing their own network infrastructure. This includes configuring switches, VLANs, QoS, and other network components. For these tasks, we strongly recommend working with a qualified network specialist or IT professional who can ensure your network is properly designed and optimized for audio-over-IP environments where required.
Audinate support is limited to best-effort assistance related to Dante products and typical use cases. We can help with general setup guidance, basic connectivity checks, and identifying common issues using tools like Dante Controller; however, we do not provide advanced or in-depth network troubleshooting, particularly in complex or enterprise environments. If issues persist or extend beyond standard configurations, customers should engage a network professional to diagnose and resolve network-related problems.
