In June 2025, Audinate updated the GetDante system. As part of this update, all registered users are required to reset their password to continue accessing their accounts. If you haven’t reset your password since the June 2025 update, you may not be able to log in. Resetting your password will restore access.
If you can’t access your original email:
- Contact support
- Provide your old email address and your new preferred email address
Support can update your account and send a password reset link to your new email.
