Licences belong to the Audinate account they were bought with. If you need them on a different account, for example when someone leaves your company, or to move them from a personal account to a company account, our Support team can transfer them for you.
How to request a transfer
- Make sure the receiving person has an Audinate (GetDante) account. They can sign up free on getdante.com.
- Contact Support from the email address of the account that currently holds the licence. If that's not possible, explain why.
- Include:
- The email address of the current account
- The email address of the new account
- The licence IDs or order numbers you want to move
- Why the transfer is needed
We'll confirm by email once the transfer is done. The licences will then show under Products & Subscriptions on the new account.
Licences missing after signing in?
If you've used more than one email address with us, your licences may be on another account. See I've logged in but don't see my licences. We can merge your accounts for you.
Dante Domain Manager licences
DDM licences are linked to businesses, so they won't show on a personal account by default. See this article.
