If you're able to set the IP address of a Dante device to either static or DHCP, but nothing happens when selecting the Reboot function it is likely that the device has been enrolled into DDM or Dante Director previously. To resolve the issue, within Dante Controller go to Device View > Devices > and use the Clear Domain Credentials option:
If you continue to have issues changing device settings, try clearing the device configuration through the Device Configuration tab
